Fresh AK oysters, shucked and topped with pistachio-arugula pesto and parmesan, baked to order, drizzled with a spicy tomatillo-chili sauce, finsihed with AK micro greens then served over lightly dressed arugula. Add a squeeze of lime. Suck these down with cooL, crisp Kolsch or a goblet of bretty Pride.
Every SAT | SUN from 11 AM to 3 PM, we add some BRUNCH items to our regular menu. The Huevos Rancheros feature a spicy green sauce and an earthy red sauce, topped with two farm-fresh eggs. The HANDWICH starts with toasted sourdough muffins, topped with thick-cut pepper bacon, arugula, fried eggs and our cilantro-chili dressing. Two 'wiches per order. A Belgian Beer Waffle--made with an organic multi-grain flour and Panty Peeler--is topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. The latest addition is our house-made beer-braised corned beef HASH, topped with Chef Scott's spicy green chili sauce and two fried eggs. Is it SAT yet?
We serve our regular MENU from 11 AM to 8 PM every day. Everything on our menu is designed to pair well with, uH, BEER, of course! Come up to the Loft and figure out your faVes.
