2007 Deadly Beers: Wrath

Wrath is the manisfestation of rage to get revenge or cause harm.

Now that summer is officially oVeR, we return our attention to the 2007 Deadly Sin Beer series, pre-releasing Wrath on THU, 10/11/07 at SubZero MicroLounge. Wrath is deliciously distinctive yet deviously destructive at 8% ABV. LoTs of Summit, Columbus, Simcoe, Amarillo and Crystal hops take revenge on Wrath's pilsner malt base. Even the two Belgian yeast strains used to create this detrimental beer submit to the angry, bitter profile provided by the hops.

Note: We use the term "FOB=Friend of the Brewery" affectionately. You know you be or you wannabe...

MSBC'ers Gary and Kim Busse, Mark Staples and Barb Miller surround Jim "Dr. Fermento" Roberts (center), forcing Wrath on him. (He never had a chance.)

FOB Aaron and Head Brewer Gabe Fletcher punish their palates with Sleeping Lady brewers Greg Mills and Clay Brackley.

FOB Darin, GM Gary, Mixx Grill GM Musafa, and Sales Manager Matt wreak a little havoc with Wrath.

BeeR chicKs Barb, Kim, Keren and ADN "What Ales You" columnist Dawnell Smith rap about Wrath.

DJ Danny unleashes his Wrath on the turntables, burning up this and every Deadly Sin Beer pre-release party.

SubZero hotties indulge amist red art and blue bubbles.

Barb and Kim balance on bar stools while keeping the papparazzi at bay.

Aaron and Gabe focus on the beers in hands.

Aaron gives us his best Wrath. (I smell an Oscar...where's Ari Gold?)

The gals push the party to Humpy's--Soulman Sam and the Soul Providers accompany pints of Sockeye Red IPA. (Oh yeah? ...U try to drink Wrath all night.)

Girls GoNe Sockeye -- ya should have been HeRe!

Soul Provider bassist John Rankin takes a break to hug a fan. (BTW, John is my ex-brother-in-law but Forever Family.)

Dawnell sets pace while John and Barb tell bawdy bar jokes.

The condiments are ready for a new day - MuST be time to leave.

On the way to the pre-release of Wrath, we caught a SunDoG in the October sky.
