After a few weeks of "catch up" production--YiKeRs, you fantastic folks are a thirsty bunch even withOUT much SuN--we are ready to rock out the next Planet Beer. Think Rock. Think Hard. Define PLaNeT. Redefine BeeR. YeaH...that's right. I'm talkin' 'bout PLuTo--for you pokies in the group. Pluto Belgian-style Golden Strong Ale, aged in French oak Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces, will be released on FRI 8/29 so hold off your celebration [or denouncement] of this X-planet's reclassification anniversary on 8/24 and wait until you've got the GooDs in hand to raise that jar on high for my--now and forever--favorite-est all-time PLaNeT. I think that makes Pluto my BPF.

And then--like it or NoT--we don our snow gear in SEP and begin featuring fall favorites:

FRI 9/12 The Viking Belgian-style Dark Strong Ale
Brewed with dark malts, star anise and sweet-ripened raisins, this is a very special commemorative beer created for our dear beer friend, Dave "Yano" Yanoshek, who died in a boating accident in late JUN. Yano's love of life and his BiG LauGH will be immensely missed. The proceeds from this beer will be donated to the Yanoshek family/Boy Scouts. This is a limited edition beer and we'd like to sell it asap in order to donate funds in a timely manner. This is a 12% ABV beer--extremely cellerable--and ready to roll into your glasses, cellars and hearts. Sales begin at NOON on FRI 9/12 with special hours on SAT 9/13 NOON to 6pm. Bottles only. No case discounts -- sorry but we're raising funds for a wonderful family. This beer will only be available at the brewery so come by to grab bottles or cases. FRI 9/19 CoHoHo Imperial IPA
Our fabulous winter warmer returns just as Termination Dust hits the Chugach Mountain Range. WhaT? You're already crying in yer BeeR because summer is over? Oh, no nO...we never really had a summer to call, like, SuMMaH. So I think you're just drinkin' the wrong beer. Swtich to CoHoHo in mid-SEP and don't look back. No whining. No regrets. The future looks festive. Available SEP thru MAR.

FRI 10/03 Humpback Jack Pumpkin Ale
Our perennial autumn gala-in-a-glass makes a smashing comeback with a return to its roots--a bit more body/sweetness and less dry than last year's batch. You know, nicely spiced like in the good ol' days. We switched to Vietnamese cassia last year and so, yeah, OK, NoW we know that we can use a lot LeSS cassia than the usual cinnamon. It's all good. It's all live and learn and love around here so...Pumpkin Heads UniTe and come back to the 'Jack. It's draft only.

FRI 10/10 Imperial Chocolate Pumpkin Porter
This completely insane how-can-I-get-that-much-flavor-into-my-mouth beer comes back with a new label but the same GABF gold medal-winning recipe. Of course, some of the batch will go into oak barrels for a late winter release. Why? Because once we find ways to make U happy, we rinse and repeat. Bottles only.

Panty Peeler Tripel hit the shelves running last month with its new name, label and recipe. And, it's popularity is craZy, Baby! We ran out of draft too soon--for mE anyway...and, yeah, I think I did contribute to that issue--BuT--and, yeah again, I am also contributing to the soLution--another batch or three is on the schedule [though not yet in tanks] so that we can keep that lovin' feelin' on TaP for more and MoRe of the year. 22's are available year-round...unless we happen to run ouT.

Come by the brewery. The BeeR is aLways BOLD. YeaH, really...says mE.
